ZombieSnott is a vegan and cruelty-free hair dye created by stylist Karl Klaudt. Karl has been a hairdresser and salon owner for 30+ years in Charlotte, North Carolina as well as an educator in the hair care industry.

Our Ingredients

  • Benzyl Alcohol

  • Ceteareth-20

  • Cetearyl Alcohol

  • Cetrimonium Chloride

  • Cetyl Alcohol

  • Citric Acid

  • Diazolidinly Urea

  • ​H20 to 100

  • Methylparaben

  • Mixes of Dyes

  • Polysorbate 60

  • Propylene Glycol

  • Propylparaben

  • Scented oil

  • Sodium Hydroxide

How to Apply

Do it our way for the best results, or you can do it your way and see what happens!​

Liquid Shampoo

Hair Wash

  1. Shampoo hair without a conditioner.

  2. Dry hair thoroughly.

  3. Apply petroleum jelly or color block around hairline and on ears.

  4. Wear plastic gloves to avoid staining hands.

  5. Empty desired amount into a plastic bowl (approximately 1/2 jar for short hair, 3/4 bottle or more, for longer hair)

  6. Apply evenly with tint brush, just enough to saturate hair. Do not apply to scalp– and pretty please, do not apply to eyebrow, facial, rectal or genital hair.

  7. Comb through hair thoroughly and put a shower cap on the colored hair.

  8. Add heat, and leave color on hair for approximately 20-30 minutes.

  9. Rinse dye away from face.

  10. Use a color-safe shampoo and condition.

Colors will be more intense and last longer on lighter hair. Colors will give a highlight effect to dark hair. Color fades gradually with each shampoo.​
